CUSTOMERS CONSENT AND DISCLOSURE FOR ELECTRONIC RECORDS

Account agreements and other communications by us, including without limitation, delivery of account statements, authorizations for electronic fund transfers, regulatory disclosures, tax information, account and service notices, changes in applicable terms, account maturity and default notices, and account applications and certifications (collectively, "Communications") can be provided in electronic form for financial services, deposit account(s), loan account(s), including credit card account(s), and/or investment accounts offered by us.

Before obtaining financial products and services electronically from us, you must read and accept the applicable online terms and conditions. In this Electronic Records Disclosure (herein, the "Agreement"), "we", "us", and "our" refer to KeyBank National Association, Key Investment Services LLC, and their current and future affiliates, whose account(s) and/or services are obtained through the Website (www.Key.com) or any other distribution method approved by us. Please read this entire document and save or print a copy of this Agreement and all electronic Communications for your records.

NOTICE AND CONSENT:









By acknowledging this Agreement, you agree to accept and be bound by all electronic Communications when presented online, and that all such Communications will apply to you and your account(s) and related financial services.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC RECORDS

I hereby consent to the use of Electronic Records in connection with financial services at KeyBank, and I agree that all Electronic Records that KeyBank is required to give me relating to the account(s) I have applied for in my application as well as all transactions and electronic Communications relating to any and all accounts I may apply for with KeyBank in the future, may be sent to me at the email address I provided to KeyBank, made available via the Website or online service, or in any other lawfully permitted manner.
