provided in electronic format to you with your consent. The terms and
conditions governing the provision of such electronic Communications are
outlined below in this Electronic Records Disclosure Agreement (the

Before obtaining financial products and services electronically from us,
you must agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this entire
Agreement carefully and thoroughly. You may save or print a copy of this
Agreement and all other electronic Communications for your records.
NOTICE AND CONSENT:
- This Agreement covers all transactions and electronic Communications
related to the account(s) you applied for in your application; any and all
current account(s); and any and all future accounts you may apply for with us,
whether you apply online, by telephone, or in a branch.
- In order to receive online delivery of periodic account statements, you
will also need to accept the Online Banking Service Agreement and Disclosure.
- Unless you withhold or withdraw your consent to receive electronic
Communications in accordance with the procedures described herein below, you
understand and agree that all Communications provided to you may be, at our
sole discretion, in electronic or paper form. Electronic Communications will be
available to you at our Website and/or will be sent to your on-file email
address where you will be able to view, print, and/or save them online for your
records. Communications delivered electronically to you will not be distributed
in paper format unless you request a copy, and you understand and acknowledge
that we may charge a reasonable per-page fee for the provision of any requested
paper copy(s), as outlined in the Fees and Disclosures for each account.
- To view and save electronic Communications for your records, you must
have a valid email address and access to the internet through an
internet-accessible electronic device with the capability to download
information. To print a copy of your electronic Communication(s), you must also
have access to a printer.
- Regardless of your consent to this Agreement, at any time you may
request a paper-format copy of any Communication(s). If requested, we will mail
a paper copy of the Communication(s) to you via the United States Postal
Service (“US Mail”) at your verified home address we have
on file. In our discretion, we may charge a reasonable fee to provide you with
paper copies of Communications (such fees for any respective accounts are
listed in the deposit account fees and disclosures for your account(s)). To
request a paper copy of any electronic Communication, please call
1-800-KEY2YOU® and dial 711 for TTY/TRS.
- You may choose not to consent to receive electronic Communications or
to later cancel your consent at any time after accepting this Agreement. If you
withhold or cancel your consent, we will terminate your use of the applicable
online service(s) for your account(s) and deliver applicable Communications by
US Mail to your verified home address we have on file. Any withdrawal of
consent to receive electronic Communications for specific products and services
will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process
your request. We will not impose any fees on you to process your withdrawal of
consent, however, you may be ineligible to receive certain financial products
and services until your consent is restored. To cancel your consent to receive
electronic Communications, call 1-800-KEY2YOU® and dial 711 for TTY/TRS. A
cancellation of consent is effective only after our reasonable opportunity to
affect it.
- Any cancellation of consent to use electronic Communications for a
specific account or service does not withdraw consent to use electronic
Communications for other, non-specified accounts or services; your consent to
receive electronic Communications for each specific account or service remains
in effect until you give notice of your cancelling consent for such specific
account or service.
- You accept and agree to be bound by all electronic Communications when
presented online or in electronic format and that such Communications will
apply to you and your account(s) and related financial services. You further
acknowledge and agree that any cancellation of your consent to use electronic
Communications will not apply retroactively to any account(s) or financial
services for which you previously applied, accepted agreement(s), or received
electronic Communications. The applicable terms and conditions for such
account(s) and financial service(s) we provide to you will continue to apply
regardless of the channel you used to open the account(s) and/or secure the
service(s).
- You must update us promptly with any change in your email address or
U.S. postal address. You may change the email address and/or U.S. postal
address on record for you by logging into Online Banking through the Website or
the KeyBank mobile app. You may also update your User Profile by calling us at
1-800-539-1539 and dialing 711 for TTY/TRS. Any updates to your account and
contact information will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of
time to process such updates.
- If we determine that an email message or other electronic Communication
provided to you regarding your account(s) is undeliverable, we may, at our
discretion, choose to send by US mail a paper version of such message or
Communication to you at your verified home address on file.
- The minimum system requirements to access electronic Communications may
be subject to change. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to
discontinue the provision of electronic Communications, or to terminate or
change the terms and conditions for the use and provision of electronic
Communications. We will notify you of any such termination or changes to system
requirements or terms and conditions, as required by law.
